Unboxing July BDJ Box (Prepped and Polished)

My July BDJ Box has arrived July 27 and yet I'm posting it just now! Blame it to our slow internet connection + malfunctioning desktop computer. :'(

This month's box is my last box subscription. BDJ Elite Box which they are offering starting August is beyond my reach. Too expensive for a non-working wife like me. I can only wish for someone who has generous heart and wallet to give me one. Hehehehe. Actually my husband gave me money enough to subscribe for August Elite Box, it's his early Birthday give for me daw since I'll be celebrating my birthday this August 23, but lo and behold it was already SOLD OUT when I visited the website last July 10. :'( I'm so sad. 

Anyway, back to our July box, this box aimed each Bellas whose always in a hurry to be prepped and polished in a short amount of time. I've read a lot of un-boxing posts about this box and I've noticed that it has mixed reviews. Some like it and some considered it a so-so. But because I haven't tried most of the products included I'm quite excited and ecstatic to received it. 

Here's what inside the box. 

Dove Oxygen & Nourishment Shampoo, 180ml (Php 115)

Good thing these was included in the box because I'm running out of my current Shampoo and Conditioner. I have tried different variants of Dove shampoo, but my all-time favorite is the pink variant because it smells so nice.  

FS Lucious Lipstick, 4h (Php 299)

I noticed that the last 3 boxes has FS product in it. I still haven't used the ones that I've got. Thinking of giving it away for Christmas. I might include this. hahaha.

Cetaphil Gentle Cleansing Bar, 28g (Php 441 / 127g)

I tried Cetaphil cleansing bar before (it comes as a freebie from cleansing lotion that I bought for my niece) and I find it nice and gentle, so I'm happy to have these included.

Canmake Nail Polish, 3.8g (Php 330)

 I prefer if I got a different color. I find it too bright. I like neutral colors the most.

Carmex Tube Lip Balm, 10g (Php 110)
Carmex Click Stick Lip Balm, 4.25g (php 110) 

 I always have dry and chapped lips so a lip balm is a staple in my kikay kit. I haven't tried this brand so I'm excited to use it.

Celeteque Cleansing Oil, 50 ml (Php 199)

Celeteque is one of the brand that I trust. I got tons of Celeteque products in my kit and I'm pretty satisfied with them. I hope this one delivers too.

V 10 Plus Serum, 2 ml  (Php 4,750 / 30 ml)

 This is the first time I saw this product and I'm trying to find reviews about this.

 Benefit They're Reak Mascara, 3 g (Php 1300 / 8.5 ml)

The first time I tried this mascara was just 3 weeks ago, when I used my Free Make-Upper coupon I got from BDJ Box Beauty Boot Camp last June. I loved that it doesn't smudge and didn't turn me into a panda (if you know what I mean), but the curls doesn't stay long.

#PerksOfABella: My Benefit Free Make-upper Experience

I was in Alabang this morning for a job interview, and since it ended before lunch I decided to drop by at Alabang Town Center to eat and do some window shopping (I have no budget for real shopping! hahaha). Upon checking my bag content, I saw my BDJ vouchers and coupons from the BDJ 2015 planner and from all the events of BDJ I've attended. Among them is the FREE makeupper and brow consultation coupon / voucher from Benefit that I've got from the recently concluded BDJ Beauty Boot Camp. So I decided to use it since I've never tried any Benefit cosmetics before. I approached the sales clerk / beauty consultant (her name's Rina, and I forgot to take a picture of her) and asked her if I can avail the promo, and she immediately said yes. She asked me to sit near the makeup counter while she's preparing all the thing needed for my transformation. 

I super love the store's color theme. Looks yummy! hahaha

I didn't buy any from the store (I told you earlier I don't have a budget T.T ). Though I love to have that Push-up eyeliner (wish I know how to use it), but since it's kinda pricey and I don't know how to apply eyeliner I think it will be a waste of money. But I can add that to my birthday wishlist and show it to my husband later on. hahahaha.

I'm thankful for Miss Rina for accommodating me and for being my Fairy God Mother even for a short time. I also thank Benefit and BDJ Team for providing us bellas an opportunity to experience something like this. I still have a lot of vouchers and coupons to use, and I'm thinking what should I try next.
