#PerksOfABella: BDJ x CBTL (Taste Matters)

Here's another #perksofabella post for today. After some window shopping and having my free make over at the Benefit store, I decided to eat. I headed to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf since I don't want to eat something from fast food restaurant for a change. I used the "Buy any salad and get Today's Iced Tea for Free" coupon. 

 

Here's my order. Caesar Salad w/ free Southern Blend Iced Tea. I saved 125.00 :P

I loved that the Caesar salad's dressing was not thick and the greens and croutons are all crispy. It was my first time drinking Southern Blend Iced Tea. Though I'm not used to drinking tea, I find this one refreshing and delicious. This one will be included in my "to-go" drinks from now on.

I still have a lot of coupons to use. I'm planning to use the TGIF or Wingstop coupon next. Maybe on my birthday this coming August.

#PerksofABella: My First CBTL Experience

Happy Easter Sunday everyone! Holiday is up but I feel like my 3-days vacation with my family is not enough. Too bad I can't extend my vacation because I'll be having my final exam in my cookery class tomorrow. But instead of heading back home (from Nasugbu, Batangas to Imus, Cavite) right away, I decided to head straight to SM MOA to grab some lunch. 

I decided to use one of my BDJ Power Planer Coupon for my lunch and I chose the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (CBTL)'s Buy any sandwich and get a free Chicago Cheese Cake coupon. 

It was my first time to try CBTL so I was amazed with this badge. :) 

I chose the Roast Beef Sandwich and ordered The Original Mocha Ice Blended Coffee to go with it. 

Roast Beef Sandwich (PHP 275) + Free Chicago Cheese Cake (PHP 125)
+ The Original Mocha Ice Blended Coffee (PHP 185)

The sandwich is quite big and can be shared by two, but I ended up eating it all alone. It also comes with a small servings of side salad. And because I'm quite full from eating all the sandwich, I decided to take home the cheese cake to give to my husband as pasalubong. :) 

I enjoyed the food and my first CBTL experience so far. I'm coming back (that's for sure) and I'll definitely use all the CBTL coupons I have. :)
